Our recommendations and information for a successful stay


Before you finish packing your bags, ready to come and meet us again, don’t forget: 

·         Hydroalcoholic gel and masks for all the family, the latter will be mandatory inside the common areas for your safety and that of our staff.

·         Check if you have realized all arrival details : deposit online…

 

A check-in with complete peace of mind

  • If your file is complete and you have already paid your balance before you arrive, you’ll be able to benefit from the “fast check-in” service. In order to reduce contacts and waiting time, we would be grateful if you finalised your file before you leave home.
  • If not, then we ask you to come into reception on arrival to complete the administrative formalities. To ensure everyone’s safety, please present yourself at the reception, just 1 person per family and respect the social distancing between customers. If necessary, please wait outside.
  • For your payment, we invite you to pay by bank card and to favour contactless payment whenever possible, via a mobile payment app. If you prefer, we can send your invoice by email.
 

Accommodation that is clean and disinfected

  • You should know that in the interests of your safety, and right down to your holiday, we have enhanced the cleaning and disinfecting of both accommodation units and common areas. For that, we use appropriate cleaning-disinfecting products and ensure that your accomodation is thoroughly aired before it is made available to you.
  • The sheets and bath towels that are rented are laundered by specialist companies. The latter are subject to, and scrupulously respect, the government instructions relating to the health crisis.
  • We recommend that you air your accommodation frequently during your stay.
  • IN CHALET : 
  • We thank you :
    • To air the chalet before your departure (open all the windows in tilt and turn),
    • To turn down radiators to frost free position
    • To fill the dishwasher at its maximum capacity and turn it on at maximum temperature with a dishwasher pellet
    • To leave the rest of the kitchen ustensils (pans, plastic ustensils) on the table as at your arrival so that we will be able to desinfect them before next clients.
    • To tidy up all the duvets in the corresponding beds (not in the cupboards)
    • To let bed linen and towels in the living-room (if provided)

  • IN BEDROOMS : 
  • We thank you :
    • To air the bedroom before your departure (open all the windows in tilt and turn),
    • Stop the heating,
    • To let towels in the bathroom
    • To remove the bed linen (pillowcases, sheet and duvet covers) and to let them on the desk
    • To empty the garbages to a maximum (we let garbage bags at your disposal at the reception office) and to put them in the containers at the entrance of the campsite

 

Communal sanitary facilities that are cleaned even more frequently

  • As soon as you enter the sanitary facilities we would ask you to wash your hands with soap and water or with the hydroalcoholic gel provided for the purpose.
  • We have enhanced the cleaning and disinfecting of the common areas together with the communal sanitary facilities.
  • We would ask you not to loiter in the sanitary facility’s corridors and to respect the rules of social distancing.
  • Finally, you should be aware that we are also providing the necessary equipment (disinfinctant product and a washable wipe) to enable you to disinfect the touch points.

 We thank you to :

  • To limit the number of passages in the sanitary : the family should go one after another in the same shower cabin
  • To use WC if using toilets only, and shower cabins for showers only
  • To let cleaning-disinfecting products on place
  • To let the washable wipes in the provided laundry basket. Do not throw them.
  • Do not throw anything into the toilet bowl other than toilet paper 

Playgrounds

  • Playgrounds , multisports grounds, pétanque courts, ping-pong tables will also be at your disposal with using of your own material. This summer there will be no rackets at your disposal.
  • To make the most of all the entertainment and activities in total safety, we would again ask you to respect the social distancing rules.

Available services : 

  • Our restaurant will be open and will respect current regulations in order to guarantee the safety of our holidaymakers. Please note that we will be offering a takeaway service at all our campsites as well as an online reservation on this website
  • The grocery will also be open. In order to ensure your safety and that of our personnel, we would ask you to respect the rules on social distancing.
  • In the grocery, which is located at the reception, wearing a mask is mandatory for your safety and that of the other holidaymakers.
  • Bread and pasteries service : online reservation preferably, or in the morning at the reception when you pick-up your bread (ordered the day before)

 

 

As regards our customers, we have realized the following  reinforced sanitary measures :

1. To respect the recommendations of the health authorities concerning the COVID-19. Appointment of a sanitary manager responsible for setting up the official directives.

2. To offer hydroalcoholic gel to customers and to personnel in the common areas.

3. To put signs and markings in place to encourage 1 m social distancing in the reception areas.

4. To enhance the cleaning and disinfecting of accommodation and of common areas using cleaning-disinfecting products and to ensure that accomodations are aired before the accommodation is made available again, and to change the bed linen (duvets and pillows) between each stay.

5. To enhance the cleaning and disinfecting of sanitary facilities all day long.and to let at your disposal appropriate cleaning-disinfecting products

6. To apply the risk management protocol in the event that a customer or an employee is suspected of being infected with the COVID-19, in line with the health authorities’ recommendations

7. To deploy the health control plan in all the restaurant areas as recommended by the health authorities.

8. To streamline procedures for arrivals thanks to on-line reservation modules and to favour contactless payment whenever possible.

 


Additional measures  : 

- To communicate about the preventive measures to be implemented concerning the risk of transmission of the COVID-19.

- To train its staff concerning the barrier gestures and the health protocol, and to put protective equipment at their disposal.

- To establish and apply enhanced access and health safety instructions specific to the recreational areas (children’s play areas) in accordance with the health authorities’ recommendations when we will be allowed to open them.
