Our chef proposes you local and traditional home-made meals.

In Summer : 6.30 to 8.30pm
Christmas and february holidays : 7 to 8.30pm
Other periods (except 1 or 2 days per week : 7 to 8.30pm Booking in advance is recommanded

-Tartiflette au munster,

- smoked loin & toffailles (Vosges speciality with potatoes, onions and bacon),

- baeckeoffe (Alsatian speciality with beef, pork, sheep meat, carrots, leek, potatoes, onions)

- but also boeuf bourguignon, coq au vin, couscous...

- Raclette / Fondue in winter

The rest'Ô-bluches proposes a local menu card with meals and snack formulas

Meals can be taken on the spot or be taken away.
